Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings for trips organised by Flyad Pty Ltd (Flyad), ABN 82 611 259 333, ACN 611 259 333. By browsing the website or booking any tour or package, you agree to have read, understood these terms, including any terms specific to each package or tour. These terms take precedence over any other prior understandings. Some of the terms are also detailed on your tour booking/registration form. The term website refers to www.travelaccents.com while “tour, trip, or package” include all their advertised features.
Website information
We take all care to ensure that the information published on the website about destination, tour, or its components, is accurate. Occasionally the information provided may serve as a guide only and actual circumstances may differ whilst on tour, such as specific accommodation, or variation to itinerary. These variations could be caused by local conditions, weather, or local events. Details published on the website should not be viewed as advice and have information value only.
We recommend that you make yourself familiar with all aspects of the tour, prior to paying the deposit.
Flyad will endeavour to inform you of any significant changes, as soon as practical. Information supplied on the website can be changed by Flyad at any time without notice.
These terms and conditions apply to every booking and are available for review prior to your booking. By proceeding with your purchase, you agree that the tour is subject to these terms and conditions. They will continue to be available online (on this website page) during any applicable cooling off period, for further review.
Agency tour bookings
Flyad acts as an agent on behalf of tour operators in the provision of some tour booking services. The local agency tours are alternately fulfilled by the application tour operator, according to their own terms and conditions, in addition to Flyad’s standard terms and conditions. Should Flyad terms and conditions conflict with those of the tour operator, Flyad terms and conditions will apply.
The operation of the tour is entirely the responsibility of the tour operator, and Flyad will not be responsible for any loss resulting from the customer’s booking of or participation in that tour. By proceeding with your booking, you agree that, as agent, any payments made to Flyad include payments for the tour operator for providing the tour, as well as for Flyad for the provision of the agent tour booking service.
Prices
Payments made to Flyad may be subject to transaction fees which include fees for credit card or Stripe payment. The applicable fees will be disclosed when you make the payment.
The prices and payments terms are clearly stated on your registration form, and will be based on a per person basis.
You may need to make a deposit or pay the full amount. It is your responsibility to carefully review your booking before making the payment, as refunds may not be available and cancellations might incur cancellation fees up to 100% of the deposit or full payment made.
Prices quoted are valid for a limited amount of time prior to making full payment, and may change due to factors such as changes in currency exchange rates, fluctuations in the cost of tour components, or special offers. Flyad may change the required deposit or the total price of its tours at any time without notice. If there is a decrease in the price of a tour after you made a purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund or your deposit or full price paid. The final price is confirmed at the time of booking, and no refunds will be provided for differences in pricing.
If after booking a tour, the price you need to pay is affected by factors such as additions you make to the booking, changes to travel arrangements, fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, government taxes and levies, including any customisations that you decide to make, they will be reflected in your last payment due.
You will be responsible for making all payments, including any additional charges for optional activities or changes that you make. In case you only pay the deposit, you will need to make a final payment by the due date on your invoice, for both yourself or if you are making a purchase on behalf of someone else. In case payment is not settled by the due date, your booking may be immediately cancelled – Please be aware that in this situation, reinstatement of the booking or refunds, may not be available. In case the tour operator agrees to reinstate the booking, significant fees may be applied.
Customer details
In most cases, personal information is required in order to book some components of your tour. Flyad will not sell your personal information, and will be handled according to privacy policy laws in Australia. Provision of correct personal information is your responsibility, and needs to be organised in a timely manner. Failure to provide this information at the time of booking, may result in additional charges by third party suppliers or the deny of service. Flyad does not accept any liability for any costs or denial of service, resulting from incorrect details. You should review your booking upon confirmation, to ensure all details are correct, and communicate any errors as soon as possible.
Availability of tours
Flyad will make all efforts to accurately publish availability, however in the event that your booking is not confirmed, a full refund will be provided to the same method of payment used to make the booking.
Exclusions
Anything not described in the tour terms and conditions or itinerary, are not included in your package. All items specifically mentioned on the list of exclusions, are not included, and the list is not intended to be exhaustive.
Tipping/Gratuity
Tipping is not an Australian custom, however in many parts of the world it is an important part of the tour cost, and may or may not be included in your package. Where tipping is not included, any amount paid is entirely at your discretion and no reimbursement will be provided upon your return. In recognition of great service and with regards to local traditions, and if not pre-paid, we recommend you partake in this practice. Where tipping is pre-paid, no refund will be available. The amount of tipping is based on recommendations from the local tour operators and can vary significantly in different parts of the world.
Hotels
While every effort is made to provide accommodation at the hotels listed in the itinerary, due to local circumstances affecting the tour operator this may not be always possible. This is portrayed on the itinerary as accommodation to a certain hotel “or similar”. Flyad will not be liable for any costs resulting from such a change in hotel. The day-to-day operations of hotels or local tour operator remain beyond the control of Flyad. Any loss of enjoyment, injury, illness resulting from a change in hotel, fault on behalf of the hotel, including its employees or contractors, will not be the responsibility of Flyad. All reasonable efforts are made to secure specific room types, including non-smoking rooms, but they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Hotel check-in times are beyond Flyad’s control and they are subject to each hotel’s terms and conditions. Early check-in or late check-out cannot be provided on an individual basis by Flyad or local operator. This is at the discretion of the hotel and the customer is responsible for arranging these changes, and any additional costs.
Transfers
Any transfers that may be included in your tour will be on a group basis, and cannot be redirected to an alternative destination. It is your responsibility to make your way to the necessary destination or starting point if a transfer is not specified in your itinerary, or if the transfer is missed. Flyad is unable to provide any refunds, in case a transfer remains unused.
Free time
Flyad is not responsible for any circumstances arriving for activities undertaken during any free time, whilst on tour. Flyad has no liability for the quality and delivery of any items purchased, including optional tours or shopping. These activities, including any payment methods used, is entirely at customer’s own risk.
Health and Fitness
Any disabilities or medical conditions that may require assistance while on tour, must be disclosed. While all reasonable efforts are made to ensure that these requirements are catered for, Flyad cannot guarantee that all local tour operators will be able to accommodate your requests, including any dietary requirements. Flyad is not liable for any situation where your requirements cannot be accommodated, or any denial of service. If, as a result of a disability or medical condition a tour or a component of the tour cannot be delivered, no refund will be available. Flyad reserves the right to remove a passenger from the group for health and fitness related reasons, without any liability for additional costs or resulting losses.
If you have any questions regarding your ability to join the tour, any medical conditions that could preclude you from fully enjoying the activities, we recommend you consult a Doctor prior to making your booking. It is your responsibility to make yourself familiar with activities included in the itinerary, and ensure that they are within your abilities. We strongly suggest that you book a travel consultation with your Doctor prior to making your booking, to discuss fitness, medications, and necessary immunisations.
Travel insurance, while not mandatory, it is strongly recommended, including evacuation cover. Your travel insurance should cover circumstances where your travel plans become impacted by COVID-19 (including mandatory isolation).
Entry or service requirements
Your VISA requirements for travel in different parts of the world are dependent on your personal circumstances. Flyad is not in a position to provide advice and will not be held liable for any denial of service/entry, resulting from a failure to obtain a valid Passport or a specific country valid VISA. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the VISA requirements of their intended destination, and to ensure they have a valid VISA and passport. It is the customer’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with VISA requirements, certification of medical history (such as proof of COVID-19 vaccination, yellow fever vaccination, etc) which might be requested in certain countries. Flyad cannot be held responsible from any changes in requirements between the date of booking and the date of departure, and will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unused package components or denial of service, in case of non-compliance.

Weather impact
Flyad is not responsible for any compensation should a tour be impacted in changing weather, or adverse local events.
Changes or cancellations by Flyad
Flyad is organising the tours a long time in advance of the tour departure date, using independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, over whom we have no direct control. While Flyad endeavours to provide you with all the services confirmed at the time of your booking, on occasions changes have to be made that are not under Flyad’s control. Flyad reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings in these situations, and will not be liable for any other expenses or loss incurred. These may include circumstances where the booking is cancelled by a third party provider. In the event of a cancellation by Flyad or a third party provider, Flyad will provide a refund of all amounts paid, less those amounts unrecoverable by third parties. Refunds will be made through the same method of payment that you used at the time of booking, and refunds will only be paid once the funds have been received from the third parties. The timeframe for any such refund is beyond the control of Flyad and does not include circumstances where a booking as cancelled due to a Force Majeure event.
Force Majeure
Force Majeure means the occurrence of an event that is beyond Flyad’s reasonable control and which could not have been reasonably prevented by Flyad, which includes, but is not limited to:
- War, armed conflict, criminal damage, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity or the threat of any such acts;
- Natural disasters (including but not limited to flooding, fire, earthquake, landslide, adverse weather conditions, high or low water levels;
- Nuclear or other industrial accident causing environmental pollution or contamination;
- Epidemics, pandemics, quarantines or any other public health crisis, including COVID-19 and its variants;
- The administration or liquidation or similar failure of any operator of a component of the package; or
- Change in law, meaning enactment, amendment (including repeal) in the law or administration of any law in Australia or any jurisdiction or territory relevant to the booking contract, which includes changes in statute, regulation determination, by-law, declaration, licence and the common law as applicable from time to time, including but not limited to travel or movement restrictions imposed by state, federal or foreign governments.
Cancellation or change to travel arrangements due to Force Majeure
If Flyad, in its reasonable opinion, considers that any Force Majeure event prevents Flyad – whether directly or indirectly through its employees, contractors, subcontractors and agents – from lawfully or safely providing any products or services subject to the booking contract with you, Flyad may immediately by written notice terminate your booking contract (in whole or in part); or change your travel arrangements as reasonably practicable to ensure your safety and invoice you for any additional costs.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Flyad and its Directors against any loss, including legal fees or liability, arising from your own conduct, or breach of this agreement.
Limitation of liability
By completing your booking and purchase, you acknowledge and assume the risks associated with your chosen tour, in your chosen destination, including all listed activities. Flyad accepts no responsibility for any death, injury, illness, loss (including loss of enjoyment), detention, mechanical breakdown, delays or damage beyond its control.
Multiple independent providers who are not agents or employees of Flyad will provide the services on the tour. While taking all due care in selecting those providers, Flyad is not responsible for the provision of that service or for any result in illness, injury or loss of enjoyment. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the specific terms and conditions of each of service provider.
To the full extent permitted by law, Flyad’s liability in connection or arising under these booking conditions excludes any liability for any indirect or consequential losses suffered by you or any third party however caused, included but not limited to pure economic loss or any special, extraordinary, or punitive damage to you or any other party.
